This presentation is aimed at professional organizers who want to be part of a team as well as team leaders who hire independent contractors to work on large projects

Assembling a team -
A successful team organizing project requires good chemistry among team members and an excellent quality of services provided.
Being part of a team -
Leaders need to know how to divide and delegate responsibilities and lead a team while keeping the client engaged and happy
Team members need to recognize their strengths, follow instructions, and behave appropriately
Managing expectations -
What’s in it for the team leader? The team member? The client?

Since 2002, Geralin Thomas has specialized in home and home-office organization and helping clients build better wardrobes.
She’s a public speaker, an instructor for NAPO, coach for new professional organizers, and Past-President of the North Carolina Chapter of Professional Organizers.
In addition, in 2015 (this year!) she wrote two books, From Hoarding to Hope and Decluttering the Home. Both are available on Kindle and Amazon.
For six seasons fans watched Geralin organize America’s most cluttered homes on A&E’s Emmy-nominated series, Hoarders, using a team-approach.
