"Restyling Sells"

Presented by Andrea Lenzen - Owner and founder of DeZign to Sell

After a long career as Broker/Owner in Real Estate, Andrea Lenzen started to fulfill her passion for interior design in 2005 as a professional home stager.  She is now the Owner of DeZign To Sell which is the only staging company in our area that exclusively provides services for occupied listings; which sets them apart for all other stagers. She recognized that there was a real need to help realtors advise sellers on what they needed to do to get their home market-ready quickly.

Andrea has a comprehensive home remodeling background and has been designing spaces for over 15 years.  She is an Accredited Home Staging Professional, Member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors, Member of Real Staging Association, International Association of Home Stagers and Home Staging Redesign Association Elite Member, Expert speaker who provides several educational events throughout the year for Realtors and in 2018 received from HSRA the National Best Occupied Home Stager of the year award.

Andrea and her team’s philosophy are to treat all clients with “Compassion and Excellence “and to bring the “WOW” factor to every home staging project with the Real Estate and Interior Design industry.
